Specific Need
Our Hiawatha Halloween Frolic is the oldest continuous Halloween Parade and Frolic in the United States. This is an amazing claim to fame for our NE Kansas area and we wish to continue to celebrate and grow our tradition! Not only do we want to keep our history strong, we want individuals and groups to come from around the country to celebrate with us.
There are many expenses involved with this long-standing tradition such as Halloween Queen scholarship money, float prizes, band prizes, and sometimes extra entertainment for the parade. We want to not only keep this funding strong but increase prize money and advertising to help elevate our celebration!
Mission
