Specific Need
BCDS is raising funds this year to assist with the purchase of a new vehicle to transport individual in BCDS services. Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities rely on BCDS to transport them everywhere. Transporting individuals with disabililites requires a vehicle that they can get in and out of easily. BCDS does not receive any funding for transportation. All transportation costs and vehicle purchases are paid through donations and transportation fees charged to the individuals in services. Donations help reduce the cost of transportation charged to those in services.
